The youngest member of the team's illustrious top-7 squad...Played a key roll in the team's success en route to qualifying for the NCAA Championships by placing 34th as the team's 4th finisher at the Western Regional Meet.

Contributed to the Gauchos' second-place team effort at the 2000 Stanford Invitational as the team's 7th finisher as a true freshman... Set an 8k personal best of 25:37 over the CS Fullerton course... Walked on to the program.
